The Inaugural NOP Official of the Year Award Presentation was held in 1995. Masters Swimming Australia had been represented at these awards by selecting an outstanding Official to represent the organisation. The NOP Presentation was discontinued by the Australian Sports Commission.
Masters Swimming Australia announces the Official of the Year winner at the National Swim Presentation Dinner each year, with the winner receiving a trophy in recognition of their achievement.
